Your customized Executive Health Program includes:

• Pre-arrival scheduling call with a Program Advisor
• Pre-arrival phone interview with a Nurse Educator
• Initial consultation with a Nurse Educator
• Comprehensive health history and physical by your personal EHP physician, focusing on your personal health issues, concerns and risks. This thorough exam includes 75 minutes with an integrative physician specialist to create a personal plan for prevention and health improvement that incorporates nutrition, exercise, sleep habits, stress and genetic risks. Includes Pap smear for women.
• Extensive diagnostic testing, including:
• Cardiac and fitness evaluation performed with resting and exercise EKGs, and cardiometabolic stress test with a physician that determines oxygen capacity and gas exchange
• Full lipid profile with assessment of LDL/HDL particle size and lipoprotein(a) level
• Complete blood count, liver functions, kidney function, iron stores, thyroid function, Cardio C-reactive protein and homocysteine, levels, PSA for men, blood sugar and urinalysis
• Diabetes testing
• Vitamin B levels and free and total testosterone for men
• DEXA bone density and body composition analysis
• Vision testing, audiometry and spirometry (lung function)
• Nutrition consultation focused on your personal history and nutrition goals
• Consultation with a master exercise physiologist, providing you with a personalized exercise prescription
• Assessment and lifestyle consultation with a behavioral health therapist
• On-site follow-up with your physician to review and summarize test results and recommendations
• Binder and complete digital CD with test results and comprehensive recommendations
• Follow-up summary letter with final test results and recommendations

An Enhanced Executive Health Program is also available.
