Part I (50 minutes) - Amp your athletic performance to the next level. Undergo state-of-the-art fitness testing conducted by a Performance Scientist with years of experience assisting premiere athletes. Possible tests include V02 max testing, blood lactate testing, various muscle strength, endurance, and power assessments. You and your performance scientist will determine the most useful tests for you. (NOTE: Please arrive for the PSA in a rested and well-digested state. Avoid strenuous activity the day of the testing, stay hydrated, and no large meals within 2 hours of testing. Part II (50 minutes) - Your performance scientist will interpret your test results – comparing your scores to norms and then setting goals for improvement. Take home a customized and detailed workout plan to ensure you reach performance goals.
