Initial Wellness Assessment
We're not just a health spa. The Canyon Ranch Wellness Club is where you will find the path to limitless possibilities. Your membership begins with a holistic assessment by our Health & Performance team. Armed with an understanding of your current wellness state, you'll set goals and design your personalized fitness program.
As a member, you will have priority access to new services, and a personal concierge to assist you with booking.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR HEALTH
Your initial assessment includes a five-step wellness assessment during which you and your coach will create a personalized path to achieve sustainable, long-term results. The club's services, features, and daily programs provide everything you need to achieve your goals.

Introduction and Goal Setting
The first step in your initial assessment is to meet with your Health Coach and discuss your current wellness state, set your health goals, and receive guidance.
Sports Health Assessment
Once your wellness goals are set, you'll begin a complete Sports Health Assessment that includes a Musculoskeletal & Joint Health Assessment and Functional Tests.
Performance Science Assessment
You'll continue with diagnostic performance testing for strength and body composition. These assessments include a Body Composition (BOD POD) analysis, Submaximal Treadmill Test, Upper and Lower Body Strength Tests, and a Rx for Exercise.
Personal Training
A personal trainer will then review your Sports Health and Performance Science assessments with you and design a program for your health goals. You'll receive training for your personalized Rx for Exercise and establish a motivational relationship.
Health & Performance Coaching
A coach from our Health & Performance team will serve as your partner in health. You'll receive your personalized recommendations for your goals, identify your strengths and values, and explore your opportunities and challenges.
Quarterly Assessment
Every 90 days, you will receive a complimentary 25 minute service. Choose from a Performance Science, Health Coaching, or Coaching Service.
