Certified in Chen-style tai chi and qi gong
One of Ben's greatest hopes is to always be a curious explorer of this play of life. Some of his interests include doing digital art, writing, hiking, and gardening.
Ben began his formal studies of meditation and yoga in his first year of college. His study of yoga began in 1996 with Ben Thomas, in the Iyengar yoga tradition. He has also been practicing tai chi and qi gong since 1999 and this exploration has included many years studying Chen-style tai chi and qi gong with Tony Wong, who has been a great inspiration and guide.
Over the years, Ben's also had the good fortune to study and train with a variety of different teachers and practitioners, in yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and several other martial and movement arts. For this he is very grateful.
Since 2002, he has been offering classes, workshops, and retreats in yoga, tai chi, qi gong, movement exploration, and meditation to various individuals, groups, and companies based in the SF Bay Area.
