Jeanne leads shinrin-yoku, reiki, and qigong experiences as well as other outdoor activities like hiking, the ropes course, and the climbing wall.
She’s passionate about wellness practices grounded in the union of mind, body, and breath. As an Outdoor Sports Guide in Western Massachusetts for the past 20 years, Jeanne loves to wander the woods. She often brings elements of the natural world into her practice, leading excursions through the beautiful Berkshire Hills on foot, water, and bike.
Jeanne’s favorite styles of yoga are Hatha and mindful Vinyasa flow, which focus on the integrity and alignment of yoga asana. She draws on both qigong and yoga practices to help guests improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, breath control, and meditation practices. These components are essential in her class and guests leave feeling empowered, energized, and grounded in the celebration of body movement.
