Her commitment to education and personalized care is evident in her approach, emphasizing meeting guests where they are and fostering holistic health practices. Since 2016, Paula has been actively involved in strength and conditioning, focusing on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and individualized training programs.
Paula’s career spans across various sectors, including D1 Athletics at the University of Arizona, where she contributed to the success of multiple sports teams including softball, volleyball, soccer, golf, tennis, and gymnastics.
Paula’s dedication to optimizing human performance led her to serve in esteemed roles within the United States Army's Combat Aviation division in Tacoma, Washington, and the USAF Special Warfare Pararescue unit in Tucson, Arizona.
Beyond her work at our Arizona wellness resort, Paula finds joy in archery, CrossFit-style training, and traveling — Tokyo holds a special place in her heart. She’s also an avid ice hockey enthusiast.
With a profound dedication to individualized care and holistic wellness, Paula continues to inspire and elevate those she works with towards their highest potential.
