All our dance weekends occur the first weekend of every month in Lenox, Massachusetts. Join us as new and returning guest choreographers bring their specialties to life in a series of unique classes.

Shannon Cusma
Guest Choreographer
Shannon Cusma is a dance veteran with dazzling and diverse experiences. With roots in ballet, she studied with The New Jersey Ballet, Princeton Ballet, and Kozlov Dance International. Her charisma and talent catapulted her to various stages around the world, including Granite State Ballet, Cunard Cruise Lines, Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City, and World Disney World. Today, Shannon is an alum of illustrious companies like The American Music Theater and Broadway National Tours of SWING! She is currently the Northeast Regional Pilates Director and Senior Teacher Trainer for Equinox Fitness Clubs. Get ready to learn—and love every step along the way.

Sergio Cardoso
Canyon Ranch Fitness Instructor
Sergio Cardoso is originally from Argentina, where his love for tango began. He is a Certified Group Exercise and Yoga instructor and Personal Trainer. His recent dance project, "Tango Milongas," combines music and romantic movement to make this special class unique, easy to follow, and enjoyable.

Friday, December 6

2:00 pm: Move & Groove
This non-stop cardio dance class will keep you moving and grooving as you learn dynamic and fun choreography.

Saturday, December 7

9:00 am: Jump, Jive & Wail
Learn some fancy footwork as we dive into the lindy hop and swing dance choreography.

2:00 pm: Throwback Dance Party
Dance your heart out in this high-energy, easy-to-follow dance class. Boogie down to some of the best throwback dance music from the '70s, '80s, and '90s.

Sunday, December 8

9:00 am: Milongas: Tango Dance Party with Sergio Cardoso
Join Canyon Ranch dance instructors to learn the basics of tango through exercises in balance, coordination, and posture; while working on connection, dance floor navigation, tango choreography, and musicality.
