Explore spiritual practices that support inner transformation and cultivate peace within you, as well as in response to the changes in your life and the world around you.

7:30 pm: Joy is in the Journey with Steve Jordan
I’ll enjoy life when I accomplish the goal, when I lose 10lbs, when I get the promotion, when I get through this problem, then I'll be happy. Does this sound familiar? We often put our joy in the future. The problem with this approach is there's always some reason we can't be happy in the present moment. But the key is to find joy in the journey.

With guidance from a Performance Scientist, learn new tips for hitting—and maintaining—your fitness goals. Get quick workouts perfect for time crunches, when you are stuck at your desk, or you are traveling and have no equipment.
10 am: Playful Presence
Join a Spiritual Wellness Expert to explore the benefits of a beginner’s mind and discover how play can nourish and revitalize you.

2 pm: Believe It and You Will Achieve It
Most people start out their lives with big dreams. The biggest reason most people don’t make it into their vision of their life? They don’t believe it. They don’t yet truly see themselves in their future vision. Learn and apply ways that will begin to change your belief system once and for all.
