Shannon Jacobs, MS, RDN, LDN, Health & Performance Dietician, has a positive and inspiring attitude that helps guests benefit from her personalized and tailored approach to nutrition, vitality, and performance. She guides resort guests to frame a new mindset to accomplish their goals. Her areas of expertise include fueling for exercise, supplements, and achieving weight loss goals without losing muscle mass.
Paula Arreola, MSc, CSCS, TSAC-F, Performance Scientist, employs her extensive expertise in training for tactical performance, building strength, and injury prevention in her work with Tucson guests as a Performance Scientist.
Amy Hawthorne, MS, LMFT, Director of Mental Health & Wellness, specializes in getting to the root of issues quickly, helping guests to recognize the deeper “why” for current life circumstances, identifying and healing past traumas, and addressing maladaptive relationship patterns.
Melissa Stansbury, PhD, MS, ACSM-EP, Health & Performance Coach, is a collaborative, dedicated coach who guides individuals on their wellness journey, from vision to action to mastery. Her integrative approach empowers guests to set intentions, align their vision with realistic goals and strategies, generate consistent progress, and tap into strengths to turn obstacles into opportunities for growth.
