9 a.m. Shinrin Yoku
Experience the Japanese practice of taking in the forest atmosphere or "forest bathing." Join your guide on a slow, intentional walk into the woods to de-stress and reconnect with nature.

9 a.m.-Noon Level 3 Hike: Gige's Trail at Mahanna Cobble
We'll hike 3.5 miles from the base of Bousquet Ski Area to two scenic viewpoints, including a northern view of Mt. Greylock. This land was conserved by our beloved Outdoor Sports Guide, Gige. Elevation gain: 912 ft.

Walk over two miles from Stockbridge’s historic downtown to the cemetery as we discuss the town’s history. We may make a stop at Stockbridge Coffee. Able walkers only, sturdy walking shoes required.
