This is your chance to unplug on and off the bike. The first half of this class will use no monitors for your ride. Finish off the bike and on the mat for the ultimate harmony of body and mind.

Lively, pumping music will make you want to move in this total body barbell workout using light weights with high repetition.
1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. Bike Ride: Ice Cream at High Lawn Farm (Limit: 7)

3 p.m. Winter Flow Yoga
As we transition with Winter, a season of cold and heaviness, this practice will bring warmth, light, and mobility. Yoga experience is preferred as we perform asanas intended to raise body temperature and awaken the nervous system.
