From Wednesday, November 27, to Saturday November 30, we’re feting the holiday with fun activities and abundant, healthful meals for you and your loved ones. Nourish your body and soul with offerings from our chefs, crafting both traditional and new holiday favorites, and other integrative wellness experts, who will help illuminate your path into the new year. Enjoy fireside chats, festive activities, and sparkling company at our joyful home in the Sonoran Desert.

Dine on autumnal flavors and holiday favorites when you join us this Thanksgiving. We'll be serving up pumpkin spiced lattes and baked goods in the mornings and a Thanksgiving Day buffet with sage-roasted turkey, fall sides, seasonal deserts, and holiday mocktails.

Wednesday, November 27

7 am Sunrise Yoga
Energize your day with an early-morning yoga practice (preferably before breakfast) including inversions, arm balances and backbends in your flow practice.

9 am Healthy Holiday Eating
Explore your eating patterns and take away practical strategies for enjoying balanced and nutritious meals during the holidays. Find peace with food this season!

10 am Pickleball 101
Join our pickleball pro for a class designed for new players and beginners. You'll master the basic strokes, rules, and strategies to kickstart your game with solid guidance. ($80)

11 am Compassion Circle for Gratitude
Enter a compassionate space that welcomes both your grief and your gratitude. Give yourself permission to grieve and start moving forward with renewed purpose and greater wholeness.

1 pm Intutive Archery
There's more to getting the arrow from the bow to the target than mere technical knowledge. Come explore the mindfulness skills and archery techniques that will help you with your archery practice. ($110)

4 pm Meditation
Learn techniques to help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, calm your mind and emotions and help your body relax.

Thursday, October 4th

7 am Turkey Trot
Join Canyon Ranch guides for a 5k run or walk along a scenic route. Water will be provided at the halfway point and all participants will receive a Turkey Trot t-shirt.

8 am Gratitude Meditation
Take 30-minutes to start your day by connecting with your breath and setting an intention to live with greater gratitude on Thanksgiving and every day.

2 pm Gratitude Walk
Discover the picturesque beauty of Sabino Canyon. Our experts will take you to a premier recreation spot with canyon, mountain, and desert vistas.

4 pm Rythmic Zen
Embark on a transformational journey blending the ancient art of djembe drumming with the profound practice of meditation. This class offers a unique opportunity to harmonize mind, body and spirt through rhythmic expression.

5-8 pm Thanksgiving Buffet
Dine on autumnal flavors and holiday favorites when you join us at our inagural Thanksgiving dinner at Vaquero. We’re hosting a Thanksgiving Day buffet with a seasonal fruit and cheese display, a sage-roasted turkey and whole-roasted strip steak carving station, fall sides like green bean amandine and truffle olive oil Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, pecan and pumpkin pies, holiday mocktails, and more.

6 – 8 pm A Desert Thanksgiving Dinner- An Exclusive Tucson Private Dining Experience
Join us this harvest season for an exclusive, one-night-only dinner.*

We’re inviting 10 guests to an elevated Thanksgiving dinner experience featuring dishes from Canyon Ranch’s Executive Chef, Laura Clawson. The five-course menu highlights locally-sourced ingredients, holiday mocktails, and wine pairings thoughtfully selected by our sommelier. Sip on ecological, biodynamic pours and drink in the abundant views of the Sonoran Desert in winter for a Thanksgiving dinner like no other.

4 pm An Art Journal Experience
Join us for a multigenre art adventure, where you'll craft an origami mini book and fill it with sensory delights like poetry, feathers, drawings, and more. Feel free to bring your own personal journal and make the most of this creative opportunity.

8 pm Thanksgiving Bingo
Join in the fun with a rousing game of bingo and snacks. Win Canyon Ranch prizes!

Saturday, November 30th

7am Meditation Hike
Take a short hike through the beautiful Sonoran Desert to a serene location. Engage in a guided seated meditation to nurture your well being with openness and self reflection. ($110)

1 pm Bear Canyon Archeology Hike
Step back through time into the highly artistic, peaceful and ancient world of the Hohokam. This guided tour takes you to view Mesoamerican artifacts and village sites in the Tucson basin. ($110)

4pm Restorative Yoga
Experience deep relaxation for healing and rejuvenation. Bolsters and props are used in gentle, supported poses.
