Randall Flora teaches a wide range of fitness classes and offers personal training at Canyon Ranch Tucson. Other private sessions he provides to resort guests are in his areas of expertise: mindfulness, meditation, and Qi Gong.
With 20 years of teaching experience within the fitness industry, Randy continues to educate and train with our Fitness & Movement team at Canyon Ranch. This allows him to offer classes in the mindfulness, meditation, and yoga fields. While leading meditation, Randy says he finds such beauty within the self-love that is visibly felt within guests. “Multiple times, guests tear up when they encounter their true essence. This is what touches me most,” he explains.
Madison Zimmerman is a seasoned wellness professional with a diverse background spanning movement instruction, personal training, and group fitness leadership. With a background that includes diverse roles in education, tutoring, and community engagement, Madison's journey to fitness is marked by a dedication to empowering others on their paths to well-being.
Her specialties include addressing hypermobility, actively aging concerns, Parkinson’s management, flexibility training, and strength conditioning. She's an expert in various yoga modalities, including prenatal yoga, trauma-informed yoga, and hot yoga, among others.
Katia Cardenas Ramirez works with guests in personal training sessions as well as fitness, yoga, breath, and meditation classes. She brings over 20 years of fitness experience to our Arizona wellness resort, providing welcoming, engaging, and educational experiences for guests.
Boasting two decades of experience, she's spent her life making a positive impact on others through fitness. Katia specializes in mature adult fitness, including expertise in areas such as Parkinson's rehabilitation and overall functional health.
Susan Baker teaches dance, yoga, fitness, and aquatic classes, while also offering personal training, drumming, and meditation, seamlessly integrating her skills with Canyon Ranch Tucson’s holistic approach to physical and spiritual wellness.
With 25 years in the fitness industry and 17 years at Canyon Ranch, Susan brings her passion for movement and wellness to each class she teaches. From dance, yoga, and strength training to water aerobics and meditation, Susan’s expertise covers it all — including barre, breathwork, drumming, and singing bowls.
Stephanie Cusick is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Tucson resort guests through movement and mindfulness practices. Stephanie leads private and small group sessions, as well as clinics, utilizing methods like Gyrotonic, Pilates, and Gyrokinesis movement.
With expertise in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and various breathing techniques, Stephanie has over 30 years of experience in movement and fitness instruction.

2 p.m. Yoga Foundations
This beginner class focuses on alignment in basic postures from a standing, kneeling and supine position with emphasis on yogic breathing.

Learn techniques to help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, calm your mind and emotions and help your body relax.
Tuesday, January 7
7 a.m. Sunrise Yoga
Energize your day with an early-morning yoga practice (preferably before breakfast) including inversions, arm balances and backbends in your flow practice.
9 a.m. Heart Chakra Yoga
In this challenging class, we will focus on backbends and forward folds to open the heart chakra with advanced poses (such as camel pose) to let go of sadness and grief in the heart.
1 p.m. Replenishing the Well
Feeling depleted, exhausted or overwhelmed? Learn 10 simple, evidence-based practices for replenishing your mind and spirit so you can live from fullness, peace and joy.
2 p.m. Vinyasa Flow
Stretch, balance and flow through challenging, intermediate-level postures that connect movement and breath. Build endurance, flexibility and strength.
