This core program will focus on the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen. We're taught that our external environment has little or no impact on our inner joy. We're urged to find inner peace and joy from within through mindfulness and meditation. We all know the benefits of exercise, but exercising in nature amplifies those benefits. Scientific studies show that exercising in nature has more mental health benefits than exercising in a gym by improving self-esteem and mood, as well as reducing anxiety and depression. In this Nature Fit workout, Steve will challenge your mind and muscles to move your body in primitive ways that are essential movement patterns that are becoming less important because of technological advances and automation. Practice moving like our primitive ancestors while enjoying the boundless beauty of nature all around.
