8 p.m. Becoming Grounded: An Earth Elemental Sound Bath Experience Our weekend retreat commences with a comprehensive sound bath featuring a set of 12 crystal singing bowls, 3 Earth-tuned planetary gongs, and an array of supplementary instruments. This grounding experience aims to harmonize the mind, body, and heart into unity. Following the sound bath, we'll embark on a meditation to explore integrating the Earth element into our lives and fortifying our connection with the lower energy centers linked to our physical bodies.

3 p.m. Root and Rise: An Earth Toned Gong Bath Experience After establishing our connection, we'll utilize the Earth elemental planetary gongs to dissolve stagnation and clear blockages within our meridian system, empowering us to reach our highest potential. The gentle vibrations of the gongs will cleanse and dissolve emotional or energetic barriers, providing clarity of self and empowering confident decision-making for our well-being. As a special bonus, you'll also have the opportunity to explore playing the planetary gongs following the sound bath.
