Start your year off right with our special Fitness weekend, packed with expert-led classes for you to explore all weekend at Woodside. Join as many sessions as you like – ranging from Hiking to Pilates, TRX, and so much more.

Over this weekend, we've added more of your favorite fitness classes – classes focused on building strength to those dedicated to enhancing flexibility, improving cardiovascular health, developing core stability, and more. Work towards achieving a well-rounded, healthy body and receive mindfulness, mindset, and motivation tips from our trainers along the way.

After booking your stay with us, a Wellness Guide will contact you to arrange the classes you’re most interested in.
