Aguachile Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup lime juice
2 oz shallots, sliced
1 tbsp yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp evaporated cane sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Allow to sit in the fridge for 15 minutes before straining out solids.
