Apple Cinnamon Crusted Oatmeal

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked quick oatmeal
2 Tbsp cane sugar
4 tsp wheat germ
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup diced apple

Instructions

  1. Cook oatmeal according to package directions. In a small bowl, combine sugar, wheat germ and cinnamon. Set aside.

  2. Portion 1 cup cooked oatmeal into each serving bowl.

  3. Layer, in order, 1 tablespoon diced apple and 1 tablespoon sugar mixture on top of oatmeal and serve.
