Herb Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
4 Tbsp chopped pine nuts
1 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp fresh oregano
3 Tbsp shredded arugula
3 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp water
2 tsp peeled, chopped garlic
Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Serve 2 tablespoons with 1 cup cooked pasta.
