Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups White Grape Juice
- 1.5 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 2.5 oz Cocoa Powder
- 10.25 oz Chocolate, Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Bring the white grape and pineapple juice to a boil, add cocoa powder, chocolate and vanilla extract. Whisk until chocolate has melted.
- Place contents in a blender and puree until smooth. Cool.
NOTE: If you make this hot fudge sauce and you want it a little sweeter, swap out the unsweetened chocolate for either bittersweet, semi-sweet or even milk chocolate.
