Ingredients
4 med tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 cups canned, diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onions
3 Tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 Tbsp diced jalapeño pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix briefly.
