Shrimp Cocktail Wrap

A plate of shrimp cocktail wraps.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 1/2 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 5 whole wheat flour tortillas, about 10-inches in diameter

Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.

  2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for cocktail sauce and mix well. Add sauce to shrimp mixture and mix until combined.

  3. Place tortilla onto flat surface. Place 1/2 cup shrimp and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortilla burrito style .
