Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
  • 6 cups club soda

Simple Syrup

  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Fruit Puree

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh fruit, such as mangoes, berries or papayas
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar

Sweet and Sour Mix

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp Simple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. To make Simple Syrup, mix sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside.

  2. Place fruit and sugar in a blender container and puree until smooth.

  3. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for sweet and sour mix. Mix well.

  4. In each 15-ounce glass, place 3 tablespoons fruit puree, 2 tablespoons sweet and sour mix, 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup and 3/4 cup club soda. Stir until well combined. Add ice and serve
