Wellness Guide Consultation
In the four weeks leading up to your stay, you’ll receive an email inviting you to chat with a Wellness Guide. Your guide can help clarify your intention, make best-fit recommendations, and book services and events that personalize your itinerary for impact.

Daily Activities
With your itinerary in place, take a look at the Ranch Schedule to see which activities pique your interest. During your stay, you can take advantage of as many or as few as you would like, but we encourage you to set aside downtime as well.

Free of Expectations
Free yourself from judgment and reflect freely on the feeling or transformation you seek. What type of experience do you want while you’re here? What tools or guidance would you like to take when you leave?

Ready for Transformation
Transformation requires presence and vulnerability. We encourage you to leave the armor of negativity, denial, and to-dos behind. Instead, bring a taste for change and focus on the possibilities at hand.

Comfortable Attire
Plan for an activity with sportswear and outdoor attire, casual clothing, comfortable footwear and hiking boots, a bathing suit, and extra socks.

Seasonal Layers
The best way to prepare for New England’s changing temperatures and activities is to dress in layers.

Sun Protection
Protect your skin with a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and lip balm with SPF.

Journal
We’ll provide a reusable water-bottle and tote bag when you arrive, but you’ll want to bring a journal for notes and personal reflection.

Please note that we do not provide a safe deposit for items valued over $500. We kindly suggest leaving valuables at home.

Transportation
We provide van transfers for Albany International Airport, Bradley International Airport, or the Albany train station. Please call (800) 326-7100 or email at least 72 hours in advance with your details.

Complimentary Parking
If you’re driving to Canyon Ranch, please let us know when you plan to arrive. We provide complimentary parking and charging for all hybrid and electric vehicles.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Your room will be ready at 3 pm, although you may arrive as early as 8 am. Lunch is provided for early arrivals. Check-out is at noon.

Property Tour
We encourage you to take an orientation tour of the property with a Wellness Guide early in your stay. Stop by Wellness Guides or call Ext. 5439 to schedule.

No Tipping, Please
Canyon Ranch is a No-tipping Resort.

Resort Fee
The resort fee or any portion of it does not represent a tip, gratuity or service charge for wait staff employees, service employees or any other employee at Canyon Ranch.

Alcohol
Alcohol is only served at special, pre-arranged events for group guests, homeowners, and members. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms.

Tobacco
Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is permitted only in designated outdoor, nonpublic areas. Smoking cigars or pipes is prohibited. If you smoke in your room, you will be assessed a cleaning and deodorizing charge.

Cell Phones
Talking on cell phones is permitted only in your room, on your patio, and in designated areas. Otherwise, please keep mobile devices on “silent” mode. Taking photos is fine.

Children
Guests must be at least 14 years old to stay at Canyon Ranch and at least 18 years old to participate in the Life Enhancement Program®. Additional age restrictions may apply.

Pets
To bring your dog, you must make arrangements in advance by calling (888) 239-5149. Dogs over 35 pounds are not permitted, except for service animals.

Dress
Bathing suits are not allowed in the Canyon Ranch Grill™. Bathrobes are not allowed in the Canyon Ranch Grill™ at dinnertime. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
