Bloody Mary Mocktail from Canyon Ranch
Ingredients
3/4 tsp celery seed, ground
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
2 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups + 2 Tbsp Tomato Juice
You can buy jarred/prepared horseradish at your local grocery store. But, if you want to kick it up a notch, find fresh horseradish root. You’ll need to wash it well and peel off the outer skin, then use your favorite Microplane (a fine grating tool used on everything from citrus zest to parmesan cheese or freshly grated nutmeg) and grate it fresh.
Instructions
- Add everything into a blender and puree until combined.
- Serve over ice.
