Ingredients
6 fresh plums
2 Tbsp honey
Honey Cinnamon Yogurt
1 cup plain Greek style yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp lime zest
Pinch cayenne pepper
Peaches, nectarines or apricots can all be substituted for plums. Any fresh stone fruit will work well in this recipe. However, calorie and nutritional information may vary depending on type of fruit used.
Instructions
Preheat grill.
Cut each plum in half and remove stone. Lightly spray plum halves with canola oil spray.
Grill on each side for until the fruit softens and cooks slightly, about 3 minutes.
Whisk together all ingredients for the honey cinnamon yogurt.
Spoon 3 tablespoons yogurt onto a small plate. Place 2 grilled plum halves onto yogurt sauce. Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over top.
