Ingredients

4 Tbsp + 1 tsp hot water
2.5 Tbsp honey
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup ginger juice

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water into a cup with honey and cayenne pepper. Stir until honey is dissolved.
  2. Add lemon and ginger juice and stir to combine. Enjoy hot or cold.

Notes: This shot packs in several nutrients, such as vitamin C in the lemon, to support good immune function.
